Building a foundation in corporate and contract law
I am a J.D. candidate at Handong International Law School (HILS), an American-style law school in Pohang taught entirely in English by American lawyers under the ABA model. My studies focus on corporate law and contract law, with particular interest in how commercial agreements are structured, negotiated, and enforced. I intend to sit for the bar examination in Washington, DC after graduation.
